How to adjust the yarn guide when installing the circular knitting machine

For double-sided circular knitting machines, if the needle plate is raised and lowered, all yarn guides must be fully inspected and adjusted, otherwise there will be knitting defects such as missing needles, flower needles, and holes. Specific requirements:

1. The back of the yarn guide is 0.5mm away from the lower needle hook

2. The distance between the bottom of the yarn guide and the needle hook of the dial is 0.5mm, as shown in Figure 1c;

3. The distance e of the knitting needle from the right side of the yarn carrier to the start of closing the latch is 2 times the needle pitch;

4. Avoid laying yarn on the scissor mouth when the latch is closed. Figures 1a and 1b respectively show the installation positions of the yarn carriers for synchronous loop formation and asynchronous loop formation and the relative positions of the needle trajectories of the upper and lower knitting needles.
