1 Ordinary machine

The general model is the basic model of the large circular knitting machine, including single-sided machine, rib machine and cotton wool machine, of which the single-sided machine and the rib machine have only one needle path, and can only weave weft plain knit single jersey and simple rib fabric, cotton wool machine There are two needle tracks on the upper and lower sides, and only simple cotton wool can be knitted. The multi-needle single-sided machine generally has 4 needle tracks, which can knit small pattern fabrics through the arrangement of knitting needles and triangles; the multi-needle track double-sided machine generally has 2 needle tracks for the needle disc and 4 needle tracks for the needle cylinder, depending on the needle alignment method. , It can be divided into rib machine and cotton wool machine, and also has rib cotton wool exchange machine, which can weave various small pattern double-sided fabrics.

2 Threading machine

The thread adjustment machine can be obtained by adding thread adjustment devices on various single and double-sided machines. The thread adjustment machine is used to weave large color strip fabrics, which can be divided into 3-tone threads, 4-tone threads, and 6-tone threads. For some special models, through the combination of thread regulators, the function of 3-color and 6-tone thread can be switched, which improves work efficiency.

3 terry machine

The terry machine is a single-sided machine, which is used to produce terry fabrics. It is divided into two types: positive wrapping and reverse wrapping. Some terry machines are equipped with terry scissors, which can directly produce cut terry fabrics.
